Victoria is a licensed professional counselor and has been working as a personal organizer for the past six years.

She has her masters in counseling from Northeastern Illinois University and has been developing her organizational skills over the last 30 years as an executive assistant, bookkeeper, wife and mother.

Victoria presented with Dr. Mei-Whei Chen on the topic of Compulsive Hoarding at the Illinois Counseling Association 2010 annual conference.
